Eating more eggs is a fantastic way to give yourself a health boost. Eating whole eggs is vital: the goodness of eggs is found in the yolk (containing over 90 percent of an egg’s calcium and iron) and the white (containing almost half the egg’s protein). I love eggs & had poached egg and salmon on toasted baguette spread with cream cheese & side salad for breakfast earlier. Took me less than 10 mins to prepare this simple nutritious brekkie. I love poached eggs especially on warm toast! Here's a video (one of the best) I've taken from youtube showing how to poach an egg. To have best results, make sure you use really fresh eggs. Let the egg boil for about 2-3 minutes.  Happy trying!
