Hersheys Dark Chocolate Mousse
Serve 5 wine glass.
Ingredients:
150 grams of semi-sweet Hersheys chocolate chips
150 ml cream
100 ml milk
1 egg
Methods:
1) In a saucepan, heat the cream and milk to almost boiling for about a minute.
2) In a blender, pour the chocolate chips, egg and the heated milk & blend in maximum speed for about 1 minute. Pour the mousse into wine glass and refrigerate for half an hour to 1 hour. Serve cold. I love topping my mousse with whipping cream and cherry. Enjoy this fuss-free dessert!
