Salmon.

It's one of the world's healthiest food. Rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, it helps improve cardiovascular health by decreasing risks of numerous cardiovascular problems including heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Don't forget to add salmon in your diet. Stay tuned as I will be sharing my signature dish of Grilled Salmon with Sour Cream Sauce.

Nadia's Grilled Salmon with Sour cream Sauce & Boiled Vegetables

Ingredients:
4-5 slices of salmon fillet
Juice of one lemon
Cumin powder
Coarse black pepper
Paprika
1 pkt(250 ml) of light sour cream
Some chopped spring onion
3 cloves of chopped garlic
1-2 carrots ( cut into strips)
1 broccoli
Some olive oil
sea salt to taste

Method:

Marinade the salmon fillet with lemon juice, cumin powder, paprika, black pepper, chopped garlic and a lil sea salt. Leave for about half an hour. Then grill with some olive oil and turn gently to cook the other side (about 2 min on each side, not too overdone), set aside.

Boil the carrots & broccoli with a lil olive oil added to the boiling water for a while till the veg is done. Set aside.

Sour Cream Sauce:

1 teaspoon of olive oil heat it up and add 1 clove of finely chopped garlic and the sour cream & a lil sea salt to taste and bring to boil & immediately turn off the heat. Add the chopped spring onion and stir the sauce gently.

Serve as shown in the pix. Enjoy.
