Nadia's Smoked Salmon and Broccoli Frittata.

Frittata is an egg-based Italian dish similar to an omelette, enriched with additional ingredients such as meats, cheese or vegetables. I love having them for breakfast.

Nadia's Smoked Salmon and Broccoli Frittata.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of cut broccoli
1 tspn of olive oil
some slices of smoked salmon
some cherry tomatoes( sliced in halves)
5 eggs
1 cup of milk
50 gm Parmesan Cheese
some salt and pepper to taste.

Methods:

Add the broccoli in a saucepan of boiling water with added a tspn of olive oil to it. Cook for abt 1 min, drain and set aside. Beat the eggs with a fork and then add milk, Parmesan and a lil salt & pepper and mix well. Arrange the Smoked Salmon with the broccoli and sliced cherry tomatoes in a cupcake baking tray. Pour the milk mixture over the salmon & broccoli and bake in a pre-heated oven of 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Loosen the edges and serve the Frittata according to your own preference. I love having them with buttered croissants. Happy Trying!
